Konflicted Soul's free downloads and Instagram replies are run by Dekoda Arts Ltd (UK), which is responsible for the data described here. Here is what we keep and why.

What we store: the email address you enter, whether you ticked the box for updates and free downloads, which download you unlocked, whether you tapped the Instagram follow button, whether you tapped the SoundCloud follow button, and when you downloaded. We don't store your IP address and there are no ad trackers on this page.

Instagram (download page): the Follow button just opens the Konflicted Soul Instagram profile. We note that you tapped it, nothing else.

Instagram (comments and DMs): if you comment a keyword (like "FREE") on a @konflictedsoul post, or send it to us in a DM, our Instagram app uses Instagram's official API to reply to you in DMs with the download. To do that it reads that comment or message, your Instagram username and user ID, and whether you follow @konflictedsoul. It keeps your username, user ID and where you are in that conversation for up to 30 days (the activity log for up to 90 days), then deletes them. It never reads or answers any other messages, never messages you first, and never posts anything for you. SoundCloud: the Follow button just opens the Konflicted Soul SoundCloud profile. We note that you tapped it, nothing else. We never sign in to your account.

Emails: we only send updates and free downloads if you ticked the box, and every email lets you unsubscribe. We never sell or share your details.
