These terms cover Konflicted Soul's free download pages (dl.konflictedsoul.com) and the automatic Instagram replies from @konflictedsoul. Both are run by Dekoda Arts Ltd (UK). By using them you agree to these terms.

Free downloads. Tracks are free for your personal listening and DJ use. Please don't sell them, re-upload them to streaming or download sites, or pass them off as your own. Some downloads are bootlegs or edits of other artists' music. They're given away free, never sold, and remain the property of their original rights holders.

Getting a download. To unlock a download you give a working email address and may be asked to follow Konflicted Soul on Instagram and SoundCloud. Download links are personal and expire after a short time. We can remove a download or change the steps at any time.

Instagram replies. If you comment or message a keyword to @konflictedsoul, you'll get an automatic reply in your Instagram DMs with the download. The bot only replies to that keyword. It never messages you first and never posts anything for you.

Emails. We only email you updates and free downloads if you ticked the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Fair use. Don't try to break, overload or get around these pages, or use them to collect other people's data.

No guarantees. Everything is provided free and "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing here limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Your data. See the privacy policy and how to delete your data.
